Change Implementation Methodology – The Business Case
Change Implementation (CI) is preparing people for and supporting them through an organizational change – to achieve desired business objectives while minimizing loss in productivity. Effective change implementation results in improved business outcomes, alignment to strategic and operational realities, and a set of processes that will change the beliefs and behaviors of people in the organization in ways that are directly linked to bottom-line results.
Numerous studies have shown that investing in people and culture yields business results. CI consists of activities that create the framework of cultural change, enable business execution and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Change Implementation Methodology – The Business Case
The change issues within organizations can focus on individuals or groups, on one or more divisions or departments, the entire organization, or one or on more aspects of the organization’s environment.
While organizations might differ in terms of values, cultures, and business issues, the overall processes of change and change implementation remain relatively similar, and it is this fundamental similarity of the change processes across organizations, industries, and structures that this change implementation methodology aims to encompass.
This Change Implementation methodology offers methods, techniques, and tools to assist project teams in planning, managing and implementing change in a systematic fashion within client organizations. The intended effect is a transition from one state to another, using a planned and organized approach that helps minimize risk and loss in productivity.
