Enterprise Manager: Central Management applets
Enterprise Dictate Client: Dictation software with built-in workflow

There are several additional SpeechExec Enterprise Tools & Modules available
The SpeechExec Enterprise License Server runs as a local service under the Windows ‘system’ account. It delivers licenses on demand to client
applications as well as the licenses for the optional Enterprise modules. Licenses are concurrent for the client applications Enterprise Dictate &
Enterprise License Server
System Management Center: All of the related functions
to administration are handled in this section. Everything
from modifying system-wide Group configurations settings,
to individual user configurations can be easily performed.

Statistic Module [LFH-7370]
The SpeechExec Statistic or reporting module provides a
powerful analysis tool for organizations to evaluate the
dictation workload in your office.
Multiple queries, export options and graphical output make
this module user- friendly and easy to handle.
Ideal for system monitoring, find out workload peaks or
delays. It is also possible to watch the job history.
Additional queries make the statistic module tool even more
flexible to run tailor made statistics.
Only captures transactions acted upon by the Dictate &
Transcribe client modules!
Workflow Manager Module [LFH-7380]
The Workflow Manager is the next step in supporting a
professional dictation workflow. The Workflow Manager makes
the SEEnterprise system more flexible and helps increase the
safety and security of the whole system. A built-in, cache file
maintenance task helps to speed up the SpeechExec system and
reduces network load.
With Workflow Manager, you can manage the routing process of
the dictations automatically, based on a predefined schedule and
criteria. The application processes and routes dictations
independently from the recorder [Digital Pocket Memo or

LAN Dock Admin Module [LFH-9160]
The LAN Docking Station Administration Tool is used for managing and updating several LAN docking stations remotely. The Administration
Tool allows the network administrator to quickly overview the status of up to 100 LAN docking stations connection to a network and make
configurations changes to them from a centralized user interface.
DPM Connect Module [LFH-7420]
The DPMConnect Module is a tool to support the automatic downloading of DPM files via USB connection to a folder on the company
DPMConnect runs parallel to the Terminal Services or Citrix environment. It leverages the account of the current logged-on Windows
User which must have write access to the dictation folders.
Note: For use where a Citrix environment or Terminal Services only environment is employed.
Remote Device Manager [LFH-7470]
Allows IT administrators to centrally configure Philips Digital Pocket Memos,
SpeechMikes, and Foot Controls, saving time and resources. When a unit is connected
to a computer or placed in a docking station, the configuration is automatically
uploaded. All settings are linked to each units unique ID and stored in a central

Smartphone Mobile Server [LFH-7450]
The Mobile Server is the ASP solution that turns your Blackberry, iPhone, iPad and iPod
Touch into dictation device that will automatically deliver your dictations to your
‘Finished Dictations’ folder within the SEE workflow.
Web Director [LFH-7390]
This module is specified for administrators who want to have remote access to the SEE Linsensce server and to the Statistic module.
The Web Director module includes Web Out Source, which is used on the client side to globally transfer dictation files to the appropriate
destination. This opens new dimensions in global flexibility for all users .
Speech Recognition Support
SpeechExec Enterprise enables speech recognition support not only inside SpeechExec, but it is now also possible to control speech recognition with
the SpeechMike in other applications like Microsoft Word or Microsoft Outlook while SpeechExec is running in the background. This finally closes the
gap between document creation and the review process.
Available Dragon NaturallySpeaking command set
When using Dragon outside SpeechExec the full Dragon NaturallySpeaking command set is available. In this case the Dragon NaturallySpeaking works
as if it would be used standalone. SpeechExec Pro Dictate has no influence on the recognition results.

Who can sell it?
Philips has chosen eDist Business to be the vehicle for their Enterprise for any MDC who wishes to engage Speech Exec
Enterprise. The reseller will sign the SEE agreement authorizing them to buy and sell SEE from Philips. The agreement is
not needed unless the MDC is engaging with an Enterprise opportunity. The process is reviewed and processed quickly by
the Philips team.
The next step would be for us (The eDist team) to take possession of the license and perform the IT/workflow discovery,
design and implementation of Enterprise. Ideally the next step would be to customize, configure and install the clients
choice of Smartphone, SpeechMike or DPM.
