Prashanth Raj, Founder and CEO, started Jobdin.com in the end of 2007 to fill a gap in the world of online recruitment and Lateral level employment. As the Middle level Manager at Monster.com, Raj saw that, while large job boards worked well for entry level candidates, middle/high-level job searches were not being conducted efficiently online. Job seekers were frustrated, while recruiters often elected not to post their mid and executive opportunities online at all as most of them get filled through referrals and IJP.
After an extensive research in the market and understanding the pain areas of HR’s and Job Seekers, Raj's solution to this dilemma was a reverse business model that catered to the mid/high-end job seeker. Raj served As the Middle level Manager at Monster.com, Raj saw that, while large job boards worked well for entry level candidates, middle/high-level job searches were not being conducted efficiently online. Prior stepping into his own venture Raj has served in various positions & responsibilities with large corporate brands Infosys, Appnomic, Monster.com for the last 10 Years. Raj holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from IFIM – A Premiere Business School in Bangalore.
Narsimha Raju – Co-Founder & Technology Head, He is responsible for overseeing the strategic technology initiatives and critical execution of the technology infrastructure.
