I think every person in this world wants to fulfilldesire of its soul. From my childhood days I am interested to know about our ancient science i.e.Ayurveda. That is why I have chosen it as career objective it’s my sound of soul. I havecompleted NATIONAL PROJECT: Indigenous scientific knowledge for a better tomorrowheld by N.C.S.C. (Dept. of science & technology, Govt. of India) in Dec.2001 and was awardedby Dr. APJ Abdul kalam when I was in Higher secondary for the same.Presently, I am persuing my Ph.D. and working as well. I have completed my M.Pharm(Ayurved) - Pharmacology & B.Pharm (Ayurved) from well-known Gujarat Ayurved University,Jamnagar securing Gold Medals throughout study period.I have various other achievements stated below,  Certificate of Subject Talent Search Test (G.S.E.B.,Gandhinagar) on Feb.2000  Yoga Certificate (Gujarat Ayurved University)  Attended youth leadership seminar hosted by Rotary Club of Rajkot midtown from 14to16th Nov.2005

LEARNER 1 – Sana BangliwalaOne of my learners, Sana, has completed her bachelor’s degree in the subject of Biotechnologyfrom Mumbai University. Presently she is working as a project trainee at Vasu Research Centre(A Division of Vasu healthcare Pvt. Ltd), under my guidance, for the partial fulfillment of herMasters Degree in the subject of Herbal Sciences from Ramnarian Ruia college, MumbaiUniversity.She is currently working on a project titled “Standardization and Evaluation of Polyherbalformulation of an Anti dandruff oil and a Hair fall control oil”. She is here to learn andunderstand the practices of the Pharmaceutical world and also to increase her knowledge aboutthis field and also about the ongoing research projects around the world in the fields ofBiotechnology and Herbal Sciences. She is ofgood support in the ongoing research projects at Vasu Research Centre i.e. on prostate cancer ,Psoriasis, etc. LEARNER 2 – Krunal UkaniMy another learner, Krunal, pursuing his M.pharm in Pharmacognosy from Jaipur NationalUniversity, Rajasthan. He got 65.67% in 1st yr M.pharm & recently he is doing his dissertationwork from Vasu Research Center under my guidance . He completed his B.pharm with totalaggregated 66.0 % from RGUHS Banglore in year 2008. He has good experience of 6 months asMedical Representative in Pinnacle CVN a division of LUPIN pharma ltd. & has also takenexperience of 2 months as post of pharmacist in Government Primary Health Center. As he isperforming under my guidance I found that he is talented scholar & he gives his best effort to getbest. Every time he shows positive attitude about any work and is very curious & enthusiastic todo new things.He is currently working in different projects of Vasu Research Centre like Isolation of activeconstituents from herbal source, standardization of ayurvedic formulations, sophisticatedinstrument handling etc.Reason for participating in this test:Research in herbal medicine, although, has been carried out largely in the world, informationabout it is very scattered and not easily available. We think and hope that this platform will helpus to gather this information. This will help us to do advanced research in the same field andhence be useful to the society. Also, we would like to share and increase our knowledge with ourresearch fellows. It’s good to be updated about the novel ongoing research in and around theworld.
