Our aim is to deliver market-leading products on time and within budget. With an impressive client list, in the technology, medical & consumer markets, we have developed over 50 products in our first five years of business, enabling our clients to realise new markets and increased sales through innovative product solutions. We have an excellent track record, 85% of turnover is generated from repeat business.

We have extensive experience in this environment and have invested heavily in software tools that allow us to produce full manufacturing documentation or interface with our clients’ production systems.
  5. 5. Our work embraces products across a wide range of market sectors. Importantly, we can work with individuals and multi-nationals alike. From low volume technology demonstrators, field trial units to full mass-produced consumer products we have experience in identifying the correct development and manufacturing path for your product ideas. Working in a highly collaborative environment allows us to draw on a vast knowledge of previous experience.
  6. 6. CAD tools allow us to produce advanced “A” surfaces of the most complex organic forms. Every manufacturing detail is captured in the component engineering phase. Using the latest rapid techniques prototypes allow early form, fit and mechanical evaluation. Drop, ingress and assembly testing can all be done in-house prior to product certification. Pre-production builds of field trial, alpha and beta test units can be conducted in our workshop prior to full volume manufacture.

  8. 8. Manufacturing data is supplied in 2D and 3D form. No further detail is necessary - tooling can be manufactured directly. Our large partner network enables vendor selection appropriate to your manufacturing requirements. We manage the tooling & process development ensuring the design objectives are met. We get involved through component approval to ensure the design is ready for volume manufacture. i4 provide component and product supply if you wish to outsource this service.
