  2. 2. What is the purpose of the event? Why and when do you want to conduct it?<br />Purpose of the event : In awake of unethical treatment to animals which is leading to a sharp decrease in population of various animals (Which is a serious type of Pollution which affects the ecosystem and surrounding actually)<br />This event will Project the CBEUG’s values being against pollution and saving the mother nature)<br />I want to conduct this in the month of July in Coimbatore<br />

Where and by when will you get the venue fixed?<br />City : Coimbatore<br />Location : CIET <br />Venue & Date Finalization : July 5th<br />(can be done as soon as we get the Letter from PETA India)<br />Steps taken till now :<br />Harini has spoken to her principal and was forwarded to the director .The next appointment with him will get scheduled as soon as we get the letter .<br />
  4. 4. Duration of the event? If its full day, what’s your plan on lunch provision to the attendees?<br />The duration of the event is Half-a-day.<br />To be more specific it will take place from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm<br />Therefore , no lunch will be provided to the attendees.<br />
  5. 5. How you are going to go about advertising the event?<br />Making an announcement in Newspaper before the event<br />Social Networking<br />In mutual relationship with Social Welfare organizations<br />Advertising through symposiumz.net <br />
  6. 6. Are you looking out for sponsors? If yes, what are the areas you are focusing on?<br />No , I’m not looking out for sponsors .<br />
  7. 7. What is the type of audience you are catering to? How you are planning to invite them?<br />There is no Registration for the event<br />Type of audience includes :<br />Students who are interested in social issues<br />Social Welfare Organizations<br />PETA activists <br />Volunteers<br />And Out station students from various places across Tamilnadu<br />
  8. 8. Are you planning to have Guest Speakers? If yes, what’s your plan for their Transition and Logistics?<br />No , I’m not planning to have guest speakers .<br />
  9. 9. What is your plan of delegation?<br />Process of inviting social welfare people goes to : Ramakrishnan<br />Status of the work : I have Spoke to him already . He need’s a official letter from CBEUG for talking to a Organization like “Banyan” / for using “Yuva unstoppable” channel for this .<br />Process inside the college is taken care by Harini<br />Process of interviewing first 20 PETA Activists , taken care by Venkat , Myself , Harini<br />Process of web marketing for the event will be done by Indhuja Pillai<br />Process of reporting the event to Media , Blogs and helping out students to reach the venue will be taken care by Aravindhan <br />
  10. 10. Speakers of the day <br />College Director / Principal / HOD <br />CBEUG President<br />Staff from PETA INDIA <br />I will present first 20 PETA activists and the activities they are going to do .<br />
  11. 11. Time Management<br />4 speakers * 30 minutes = 2 hours <br />15 minutes for Video presentations about PETA <br />Remaining Time 1 hour 15 minutes ( will be utilized when agenda is done)<br />
  12. 12. How much will the above cost? (Budget)<br />The Transportation and Guest Hospitality would be taken care by the college .<br />If in-case that doesn’t happen we have to spend for it , which will be :<br />Transportation (cab) : Rs.1000 – Rs.1500<br />Hospitality (for guests) : Rs.4000 – Rs.5000<br />Miscellaneous : Rs.2000<br />Total Budget : Rs.7000 – Rs.8500<br />

Backup Plan : If (Location(CIET) = = false) then do <br />Location : Jenney’s club cost of booking a hall Rs.15000 – Rs.20000<br />Registration will be there for the event<br />Attendees , will be minimalized and will be chosen from various places across Tamilnadu<br />Attendee strength : 80 – 100<br />Sponsors : Yes , I would be focusing on areas closely related to students .<br />All the other schedules remain the same ( has been carried out with reusability in mind)<br />
