MAJOR FINDINGS <ul><li>More than half of the institutions & organizations (52.63%)are in govt jurisdiction </li></ul><ul><li>Cent percent organizations possessing telephone at their offices </li></ul><ul><li>Large percentage (57.6%)belongs to middle management level hierarchy </li></ul><ul><li>Experience of extension personnel is b/n 2-5 yrs </li></ul><ul><li>66.6% have not undergone training </li></ul><ul><li>81.06% are using telephone in house </li></ul><ul><li>70% extensionn personnel uses computer for documentation` </li></ul>
  12. 13. Suggestion by respondents <ul><li>Providing training </li></ul><ul><li>Replicating cyber extn model all over the India </li></ul><ul><li>Software in local languages </li></ul><ul><li>Telecom & IT for small towns/rural areas </li></ul>

CONCLUSION <ul><li>Majority of respondents prefer traditional communication media </li></ul><ul><li>The authority should take adequate training & work shops </li></ul><ul><li>The higher & middle level extn personnel using ACM at greater extent </li></ul><ul><li>Lack of software in local languages </li></ul>
