Now “Rip” was accused of Ripping people off Rip and had to pay a three hundred dollar fine the first time he got caught. The second fine was five hundred and the third a thousand bucks, which he paid in coins to prove a point.

He hired a manager and a bouquet of fancy dancing girls and made a great brochure This one guy a brochure. guy, customer was the plan, was surrounded by a corsage of beautiful women for only $.99 per week. “Rip put out five hundred brochures by hand at local saloons, taverns and inns and got over five thousand two hundred paying customers.
