Every follower has personal and  professional goals, when the  professional goals, when the organization moves in some mutual  direction you will create more  followers,  followers you must create a path as to allow  pp people to follow you with ease,  y , simplicity,  and in some way make  them better, improve their position,  take pressure off them, make their  take pressure off them make their life better, people follow the decent, respectable,  upright, worthy and most  importantly the blameless path of  the leader,  the leader,
