      • McCain said "I want to give every American a $5,000 refundable tax credit." – This is only half true. McCain wants to give each American single 2500 and each American Couple 5000.
      • Obama said "The centerpiece of Senator McCain's education policy is to increase the voucher program in D.C. by 2,000 slots." – This is completely false. This number is too large and this idea is not the centerpiece of McCain’s education policy.
      • Obama also said “ "And 100 percent, John, of your ads . . . 100 percent of them have been negative." – This is unbelievably false. Only 73% have been estimated to be negative, while 61% of Obama’s ads have been estimated to be negative.
      • McCain’s statement “ I have disagreed strongly with the Bush administration on this issue" of global warming.” is completely true.
