    • From our Math Enrichment Home page, click on nms-mathletics on the side navigation bar
    • Once you are at nms-mathletics, request permission to join the site so that you are able to edit your page
    • After we accept you as a member, click on your name on the Wiki site, you simply have to click on it and start creating your electronic portfolio
  • 3. Wiki means ….
    • The point of having your own page of the Wiki is so that you have an Electronic Portfolio
  • 4. Look at our 4 goals:
    • Math Competition
    • New Math Skills
    • Leadership Project that uses your Multiple Intelligences
    • Fun with Math
  • 5. Make 4 sections in your Wiki page
    • So that you can report on your progress for each of our goals.
  • 6. #1 Math Competition:
    • Record which exams you have done
    • Record your marks
    • Comment on your progress
    • Write about questions that you find easy and hard
  • 7. #2 New Math Skills
    • Add links for sites that teach the new skill
    • Write about things that you want to learn about
    • Ask questions that others can answer
    • Share your “Eureka” moments!
  • 8. #3 Leadership Project
    • Clearly state what your project is
    • Add a visual of what you are doing
    • Add links
    • Add questions that others can answer on the discussion board
  • 9. #4 Fun With Math
    • Add Mensa-type questions
    • What is your favourite game?
    • Add links
  • 10. And By the Way…..
    • “ Wiki” means “Quick” in Hawaiian
    • So get to your Wiki…wiki wiki!
