  • In talking to many of our clients over the last two years, they have consistently told us about the pressures on their business and the ever increasing speed of change.
  • If you know very little about the market – how consumers view it and how they use the product – do some exploratory qualitative before your Usage and Attitude Study. If you feel secure in the your understanding of the key issues from the consumer’s point of view, go straight into quantitative. Afterwards, if you find yourself asking ‘why’ when you look at the figures, a piece of diagnostic qualitative research can be very useful.
