Who will write it? Who will monitor the comments? What will the content be? When - schedule the first month or two, regular posts a must Where – find a good place for the blog on your website Why – we’ve already covered this! How? – use wordpress or something similar, make it look like a blog
Don’t use business-speak Don’t try and control the conversation Don’t measure success by the number of comments
Do put a blogging policy in place – plenty of good examples online Do comment on other blogs be part of the conversation! Blogging is 40% writing, 30% reading, 30% commenting (conversing)
