  • 4. THESE ARE THINGS YOU CAN PUT IN THE BLUE LIDDED RUBBISH BIN !!!! Recycling a glass jar saves enough energy to light a bulb for four hours. Every tonne of paper and cardboard recycled saves 13 trees. Recycling one aluminium can saves enough electricity to run a computer or a television for three hours. Plastic bottles Magazines Plastic cups food cartons envelopes Milk cartons Brown paper bags
  • 5. Some facts about how to use the blue lidded bin correctly :
    • Every time we reuse or recycle, we are reducing the amount of waste going to the landfill, saving precious natural resources and our environment.
  • 6. WHY DON’T PEOPLE RECYCLE?
    • People throw away their recyclables all the time, because recycling is too inconvenient, because they can't be bothered. The landfills are filling up fast. Most of them are getting full and closing down.
  • 7. Why is it so important to recycle ? WE NEED TO SAVE OUR ENVIROMENT. POLLUTION KILLS PEOPLE, PLANTS, AND ANIMALS. IF WE DON'T STOP POLLUTION,THE WORLD WILL NOT BE A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. This is why we recycle
