  • Service Health Analyzer is the industry’s first predictive analytics tool built on top of a dynamic service model to correlate metric abnormalities with real time topology and business and application context. This unique combination, along with advanced analytics algorithms, enables SHA to predict future problems in large scale environments, prioritize those issues based on business impact, determine whether detected anomalies are result of topology changes and compare them with past anomalies for reducing MTTR. Service Health Analyzer is seamlessly integrated with HP BSM\APM suite and supports data collected by components of that suite and by third party sources.The core of Service Health Analyzer is the Run-Time Anomaly Detection (RAD) Engine. The RAD Engine correlates abnormal metrics with Topology information from the BSM Run-Time Service Model to define an anomaly. SHA automatically combines hundreds of baseline breaches associated with a single service into one event. Typically, anomalies are represented by a topology of connected IT configuration items—such as servers, software elements, and applications—and the abnormal metrics on each. Once an anomaly is identified, an event is sent into the BSM 9 event sub-system, OMi, and the Performance Analytics KPI is set to critical. Active anomalies can predict future service outages before users are impacted.
  • For example, In AppPulse, tight integration to HP Application Lifecycle Management and Application Lifecycle Intelligence give users insight into possible development and build related causes when production problems occur.Server performance details show relationships to code build and deployment activities along with details regarding the developers that worked on the build, associated requirements, defects, and changes.
  • With these details, a AppPulse user can quickly use the solution to collaborate with the right people in real-time with the option open up build appropriate and specific defects in HP ALM or Agile Manager. Users can take and include screenshots right from within AppPulse and include them in collaboration activities so even an offline user will be able to quickly look at the same details through a common “user experience”.Advantage over similar synchronizer that our competitors offer is that the two platforms that we sync between are the same platform. The data types are extremely similar – it is a natural synchronization – something that our competitors cannot achieve in the same way we are able to.
