    • Leveraging supply chain and overstocks to help provide needs for orphanages/foster kids
      • Seek out children’s homes in the US, your home country, where you operate – donate your overstocks to help with their needs.
      • Leverage your supply chain in North America, Europe, Asia, Latin/South America to distribute goods to kids in need.
  • 26.
    • Help Companies Create Internal Programs
    • Work with suppliers in China/India to support orphan related causes locally
      • Over half the world’s orphans live in the countries that supply retail the vast majority of our outsourced manufacturing and IT services.
    • Get involved locally – ask what the needs are
      • There are tremendous needs right here in the US in orphan care, children’s homes and foster homes. Simply search for the terms “children’s home”, “foster care”, “Childrens Services”.
    • Leverage your organization’s core competencies
      • Building materials – construction for children’s homes. Clothing, school/office supplies, books, children’s toys, logistics, computers, S/W.
      • Brainstorm how your company can get involved.
  • 27.

      • Hand ups, not just hand outs – provide hope via resources/training.
