This document discusses how businesses need to adapt to new technologies like social, local, mobile, cloud and video (SoLoMo). It argues that the future is already here with these new technologies and that businesses need to embrace them or risk being left behind. It provides 20 recommendations for how businesses can transform, including becoming more customer-centric, embracing openness and free models, using technology naturally, co-creating with customers, and becoming publishers to stay relevant in the future.
