October: F&P Team and Session considered a proposed financing plan for the Elevating Glenview project to be undertaken in 2013.In November & December: The project team consulted with the architect and a structural engineer (Maitland Spence), and Rick Hayward, the contractor for the Lower Level Renovation Project to review the blueprints for the 1950 addition and assess the need for structural support in the 1st floor lobby and underpinning the existing addition. Further accessibility standards added and new budget drawn up. January: Accessible Glenview Scope items and new budget total advised to F&P and Session, who approved presenting the revised project, budget and financing plan to the congregation.February: Information Sessions held on Feb 3rd and 5th and Congregational Meeting & approval obtained on Feb 10th.
