    Nice, factual case study on a massive corporate FAIL by Palm. Enough to sink the company - don’t laugh just yet this FAIL may do that job. How many millions would it have cost Palm to set this potential developer community up by themselves? Millions. And what momentum would have they lost by doing it themselves - lots, perhaps a year. And yet when it was handed to them on a platter by advocates who also did all their own marketing and scaling Palm killed it! Astounding, really. Walter @g2m
