  2. 2. <ul><li>Health is not only about not having a sickness, injury or illness. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. To be healthy, you must feel good all round. </li></ul>
  3. 3.   <ul><li>Exercise -P hysical activity and movement, especially when intended to keep a person fit and healthy </li></ul><ul><li>REGULAR EXERCISE IS VERY IMPORTANT! </li></ul>

Physical Benefits : Increased life expectancy ; It makes your heart & lungs work more, so you don’t get tired as easily ; Prevents heart disease, high blood pressure, back pain, asthma and cancers. Increased skills : Agility, balance, co-ordination, power, reaction time, speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and body composition are all improved .
  5. 5. Psychological (mental) Benefits : <ul><li>A wider knowledge of sport related activities </li></ul><ul><li>It helps you forget your problems. When you think about them later, they won’t seem so bad </li></ul><ul><li>Gives you something to do, so you are not just eating and laying around </li></ul>
  6. 6. Gymnastic Exercises Every morning we have 5 minutes of movements
  7. 7. Dancing is Exercise Dancing is a cardiovascular workout
  8. 8. Dancing helps develop balance and rhythm. Dancing allows for self expression. Dancing can be fun !
  9. 9. Why should children learn to dance? <ul><li>It allows them to interact each other. </li></ul><ul><li>Increased coordination. </li></ul><ul><li>It’s Fun!! ! </li></ul>
