  2. 2. Classification <ul><li>The Sumatran Tiger is a cat, mammal and carnivore </li></ul>
  3. 3. Description <ul><li>They also have white spots on the back of there head which acts as defence for predators coming from behind. </li></ul><ul><li>They have black and white spots, every tiger has different layout of stripes. </li></ul><ul><li>The males can grow up to eight feet tall and females can grow up to seven feet. </li></ul><ul><li>Males weight is about 256 pounds and females about 200 pounds. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Habitat <ul><li>The Sumatran tiger is only found in rainforest of Indonesia islands of smarter. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Movement <ul><li>The Sumatran tiger walks on four legs and can run fast to catch pray. The smarten tiger has webbing in-between there feet which enables them to swim fast </li></ul>
  6. 6. Breeding Habits <ul><li>The mother tiger gives birth two to three cubes sometimes six. </li></ul><ul><li>The cubes are blind and helpless at birth so the has to look after them until they are strong enough to feed them self and hunt and are safe to be alone. </li></ul>
