    • Satellite Image Modeling Data
MAP: Predict high-resolution community microbial structure for thousands of species as a function of satellite imaging data for many millions of locations/time points.
      Predicted Microbial Community Structure
PRMT: Predict relative metabolism for hundreds of environmental compounds and 100s thousands of metabolic interactions as a function of microbial community structure. e.g.
      • CO2, CH4, NO, etc.
      • Biomass
      • Environmental contaminants, pollutants
Continuous feedback to improve mathematical modeling
      Increasing population dissimilarity
      Predicted Environmental Metabolism
      Predicted Environmental Metabolome
Propose to increase scale of predictions to:
      • Thousands of metabolites
      • Millions of species
      • Billions of interactions
Apply MAP-PRMT to terrestrial datasets currently being generated.
      Increased CO2 consumption
      Increased CO2 generation
