    This topic deals withhumanrights and democracy in Tibet focusing not only on how China persecutes Tibet and its population but also how theirhumanrights are broken.  For manyyears, provinces of Tibet werecovetedbecauseitis a strategichinge line between the Chinese and Indianterritories.
    Since Mao Zedong's 1949 communist and Chinese invasion , Tibet has been occupied. Todaythis country, in theory, is a self-governingentity of the Chinesepopularrepublic.This subjectconsists in showing the politicalpolicy of Tibet and in reviewing the manyfundamentallawswhich are flouted and overridden by China.
