  • 2. Outline to Day 5• In Period 2 you will finish off your lesson and check it through to make sure it is “OFSTED” quality• In Period 3 you will present your lesson to the other departments in your school, answer questions and get feedback
  • 3. Thought from Moodle Experts• Has your course got a main title?• Do have a picture linked to the subject• Have you altered the labels and made the font more exciting?• Have you instructions for each section and links to relevant helpsheets• How easy is it to move through the lesson – have you broken up the text?• Are you relying on the Scroll of death?
  • 4. Other Thoughts…• Remember – you cannot upload any Word, PowerPoint or Moviemaker file• Have you considered converting Word or PowerPoint to PDF files• Have you considered making it into a Scribd document or making an e-book using www.snacktools.com• Have you included a range of tasks for each part of the course
  • 5. Period 2• Meet together at beginning of the session• Agree what each person will do• Meet again 10mins before end of the lesson to check if everyone has done their bit• Make a brief plan on how you are going to present your lesson to the group• Get ready to present in Period 3
  • 6. Period 3• Each Department presents their lesson including all sections• Presentations no more than 5minutes• Departments then given aural feedback from other groups by mentioning – 1 or 2 WWW (What works well..) – 1 or 2 EBI (Even Better If…)• Headteachers could take notes and suggest their own WWW and EBI
