    Notes on slide 1

    Everyone arrives to the meeting with their new postits for the next 24 hours
    If a task is too big for the next 24 hours write a subset of it on a postit
    During the scrum meeting the engineer moves the done tasks
    Add new postits to the done pile for unanticipated that were done tasks (it does happen)
    Explain incomplete items (which never happens ;-)
    Add the new postits for the next 24 hours
    As a new work item becomes evident add a postit to the backlog
