7. Experience Tellenio Technologies was founded by Vicente Rubiera, Oscar Primelles, and Gerardo Fundora. Mr. Rubiera, Oscar Primelles and Mr. Fundora have over 100 years combined experience in telecommunications. Founders are former senior level executives. Mr. Rubiera, as well as Mr. Primelles were AT&T executives. Mr. Fundora was an executive with Bell Communications Research (Bellcore), now known as Telcordia Technologies, as well as BellSouth, Nortel Networks, and Somera Communications. Tellenio Technologies has partnership with MS Consultora, led by Miguel Serrano, an executive with strong presence and high level relationships throughout the Southern Cone markets. In addition, we have access to a number of associates who are experts in every aspect of telecommunications throughout the Unites States and CALA.
