  • ubiKuos Ubikuos at Ubikuos Excellent list of proper community management to-dos and leit motives...which prove that a community manager shouldn't be a marketeer...bcs they don't share same objectives when they wake up.

    It also proves that it's basically about common sense, an extraordinary command of communication and linguistic skills, pragmatics (knowing about your interlocutor's intent, etc)...and common sense again. And that's hard to achieve/find, indeed.
