Dear General Secretariat,
I am sending you information about \"Anthony Templer\" who is residing in Berlin, Germany. While in
Germany he \"has committed, ordered and conducted internet theft from Germany\". To date Mr.
Templer for over six years repeatedly continues to commit internet crime against a Corporation in
California under direction of another USA Corporation \"Gap International with headquarters based in
Springfield, Pennsylvania USA\". Mr. Templer who had previously embezzled our California
Corporation's property before fleeing to Germany in 2003 where he now resides, continues while
residing in Germany to commit additional acts of theft and internet crimes. Mr. Templer is a key
player and conspirator in the theft and in the implementation of the theft under the direction of the
Pennsylvania Corporation starting back in 2003 through to today.
Mr. Templer is additionally one of the key defendants in a multi-million dollar lawsuit that is currently
taking place case in the United States. Mr. Templer has also been named in a case filed with The FBI
along with the Pennsylvania Corporation for \"Conversion and Inter-State Wire Fraud\" in the United
States. Yet, Mr. Templer still continues with impunity to commit additional theft and violate all
cyber squatting laws for the last six years since residing in Germany. Mr. Templer's additional acts
of re-registering our corporation's property http://www.win-tv.com under his own name every year
since relocating to Berlin in 2003, constitutes additional acts and a blatant violation of the Internet
Cyber Squatting laws which are a Federal Crime here in the United States as also it is in Europe.

Our laws here in the United States are not as strong as your laws are in Europe. Is there anyway for
INTERPOL to help curb this on-going illegal activity on the European side so that Mr. Templer does
not sit safely in Berlin and continue to conduct his illegal activity with impunity?
