Tender Creation Here the full product structure administration is done. All the products are shown in a structured hierarchial tree. All add, modify and delete operations on the products can be done from here. Product Structure Tender Creation Tenders can be created with as many items as required by the sourcing team. The products can be directly chosen from the Product structure.

Vendor Management Creating Vendors Vendors can be imported, copied from other tenders or just manually added and associated with a tender. Search Vendors Vendors can be searched from an internal database by supplier name/ product/ tender title.

Specification and Proposal creation Proposal form creation Proposal form is also created for each tender item. Vendors fill this form and submit it. There are also options for giving alternative proposals. Create Specification Each tender item contains the detailed Specification. The vendors view this and know what to deliver. Images can also be attached with the specification.

Inviting Vendors Inviting Vendors Vendors are invited by Emails or postal mail. V-kreta provides for sending invitation mail to vendors and also saving a customised mail as an invitation template.

Vendor registration and proposal submission through Vendor Portal Vendor Registration Vendors will have to register with v-kreta to make themself eligible for submitting Proposals. Submission of Proposals Vendors view the specification and then submit the proposal by filling in appropriate values in the tender proposal form. He can also submit alternatives for his quotes from here.

Creation of the Tender Status Report Choose vendors While creating the report the user also has the flexibility to choose the vendors as well as the proposal parameters based on which the report should be created. Tender Status Report The proposals from those selected vendors are then displayed in an excel sheet. This can be easily saved as an excel file and later uploaded for future reference within the tool.

Tender Negotiations Negotiations All negotiations with the vendors can be easily stored with date and time. Then all these can be viewed through an extremely user friendly interface.

Tender Search Tender Search The sourcing team users can search all types of information regarding Closed and running tenders through the flexible Search module.
