Ward profile The solution will let you add ward profiles with the heads of the families treated as individual accounts Each child admitted to the day care centre will be associated with a family unit During a profile creation, the following details should also be furnished: Account Type Address and Contact details of Parents Emergency Numbers Photos of Child and Parent Releaser Details with photo Medical details like information about Doctor, Immunization and Insurance details Notes if any
