    TYPES OF TRAININGS
    • One go trainings: On concepts, awareness etc. (usually short term trainings)
    • 8. Sequential trainings: Trainings are spread over a period of time. Second training is followed by first and so on with a gap in between. (Usually medium / long term trainings).

    Subjects / topics / areas
    Based on the project goals trainings inputs should be strategically planned for various stakeholder levels.
    Majority of the trainings should be focused on the primary stakeholders.
     
    As far as APRLP is concerned there are two broad issues, which should be dealt.
    • Sustainable Rural Livelihoods – with a focus on reduction of poverty in the project villages.
    • 10. Watershed development and Management, which includes – water resources and soil conservation, NR management etc.
    There should be a balance in imparting trainings on the above two issues.
