Studies show that nearly 60 Million people suffer from Eye or Vision Problems.

A viewing distance of 20” to 26” inches is ideal. </li></ul>

  19. 19. DO’S <ul><li>While reading always sit straight, holding the book slightly angles towards the eyes, at a distance of 35 to 40 cm. </li></ul><ul><li>Watch T.V. in an adequately lit up room, with the T.V. at eye level and at a distance of at least 2.5 meters. </li></ul>
  20. 20. DONT’S <ul><li>Do not read at a stretch for more than 25 to 30 minutes. Take a break to rest the eyes. </li></ul><ul><li>While watching T.V. do not allow any light to be reflected off the screen to your eyes. </li></ul>
