      • to deliver Support, Synthesis and Benefits Realisation (SSBR) services to the JISC Institutional Innovation Programme and its constituent projects
      • The programme has over 40 projects in three phases

      • Each project, over the course of the programme will host an Assembly

        • Cluster dissemination widening engagement
        • Capacity building, hands-on, new technology workshop

    5. Benefits Realisation Plan
      • “ the validation and transfer to non-native institutional contexts, and building upon outputs developed by innovation projects in order to embed them in their intended (and other) communities ”
      • Stage one (project anchored)
        • individual projects OR clusters of projects within or across thematic areas;
        • key stakeholders and national bodies across the sector;
        • institutions external to the programme (non-natives);
        • Iterative invitations for start dates Sept 09, April 10, Sept 10
      • Stage two (project fed)
        • Feeding project outcomes (to realise benefits) into wide scale programmes of adoption/take-up by non-native institutions and stakeholder communities ;
        • Focus on “institutional innovations” that can support wide scale adoption.
