Problems In Shanty Towns Health=Cramped, diseases spread easily Fire=Close proximity of the buildings no piped water to put it out Transport=Roads tend to only run around the towns not through them Education=Most children are working so do not attend school which leads to illiterate & innumerate Jobs=Mainly in the cities away from shanty towns lack of transport so hard to be employed Social problems and crime=Environment causes severe stress so frequent breakdown in marriages and theft and burglary from other areas is often common
