  • What is CSR?
"CSR is about business giving back to society"
  • What’s the difference of CSR and CSV?
Corporate social responsibility is widely perceived as a cost center, not a profit center.
    • Shared value creation is about new business opportunities that create new markets, improve profitability and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • What’s the difference of CSR and CSV?
    • CSR is about responsibility
    • CSV is about creating value.
  • How do we do Corporate Shared Value
The solution lies in the principle of shared value, which involves creating economic value in a way that also creates value for society by addressing its needs and challenges.
It is a profit not by the expense of the consumer but by the benefit of the consumer
To create products good for the environment, good for the society
Figure out what your product is, what your value chain is, understand where those things touch important social needs and problems.
    - Michael Porter Jan-Feb 2011 interview HBR.org
