Milestones n GTC started operations in 2004 in Mexico City, collaborating with Small and Medium companies, helping them to align their systems and involving them in continuous improvement processes. n During 2005 GTC creates an electronic Quality Control System (e-QCS), which (e- was implemented in different companies obtaining excellent results. n In 2006 GTC develops an own methodology to design and implement a measurement system that measures the key factors of efficacy, efficiency, and effectiveness throughout any organization. That system was linked with the e-QCS and with our clients’ information technologies. n Along 2007 starts the expansion of our services to the United States of America and in January, 2008 begins the new stage of GTC as a bicultural company headquartered in San Diego, California. n In 2009 we consolidated an excellent work team with multicultural strategic alliances that directly benefit our clients and the achievement of our long-term long- goals. n During 2010 we expanded our services to Latin America and opened an office in Guadalajara, Mexico. Genaro Torres Strategy and Continuous Operations Improvement n Genaro is the founder of GTC and a bicultural business consultant with a proven track record of success. He has worked in different industries in the public and private sector. Genaro has managed projects for companies like Star Haus Mercedes Benz, Bicicletas de México, Biuti Company , Cleanology Inc., Mexican Department for Social Development (SEDESOL), and the Mexican Water Commission (CNA). n His areas of expertise include: executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational development, systems thinking, planning approaches, operations improvement, implementation of quality assurance, and measurement systems. He has excellent analytical skills, and is completely oriented to the execution and achievement of results. n Genaro holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Planning (graduated with Honors) from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the same university. He is a certified coach and has a certification in Sales and Business Development from the University of San Diego. Juan Carlos Rodríguez Negotiations, Supply Chain, and Project Management n Juan Carlos brings more than 12 years of experience in Hewlett Packard, the largest IT company of the world where he has performed a variety of positions in the Engineering and Business Areas: Process Engineer, Product Engineer, Supply Chain Engineer, Business Manager, and Strategic Alliances Manager. n Juan Carlos has excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He has broad experience in cross-country and cross-functional cross- cross- project management, implementation of global outsourcing strategies to streamline supply chain capabilities, coordination for the start-up of a laser start- printer manufacturing company in Brazil, and negotiation of multi-million multi- dollar contracts including business and intellectual property agreements. n Juan Carlos holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO).
