  • In the event of a malfunctioning compressor…In the event of a malfunctioning compressor… - Call us at 800-345-8207 - We will attempt to troubleshoot the compressor with the contractor on site – in most cases we are able to identify the problem and recommend a solution that does not involve replacing / removing the compressor - If it is determined that the compressor must be returned the contractor will be asked to contact the company where he purchased the compressor. They (the distributor) will contact us and an RGA number will be issued. - Make sure to properly package the compressor for return

  • Upon ReturnUpon Return - We will thoroughly test the unit for the described malfunction - If the compressor is found to be working properly we will send a report on what was found and what test were performed. - If the compressor is found to be defective and under warranty a refund will be issued. - Separately, any other returned unit – for example a unit ordered with the wrong voltage – will incur a 25% restocking fee.
