    • INGREDIENTS:
      • DESALTED DRYED COD
      • GREEN OLIVES
      • ESCAROLE
      • ANCHOVYES
    • TO PREPARE THE SAUCE:
      TOMATOES
      GARLIC
      CHILI
      OIL
      VINEGAR
      ALMONDS
      CAYENNE PEPPER
    • 1. FLAKE THE COD
    • 2. WASH AND CHOP THE ESCAROLE
    • 3. PEEL THE GARLIC, TOMATOES AND ALMONDS
    • 4. MIX ALL THE SAUCE INGREDIENTS (GARLIC, TOMATOES, ALMONDS, OIL, VINEGAR AND CHILI) WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER.
    • 5. SERVE THE ESCAROLE, THE ANCHOVIES, OLIVES AND DRIED COD AND TOP THEM WITH THE SAUCE. AND FINALLY SPRINK THE “XATONADA” WITH CAYENNE PEPPER.
