It was possible because activities were decomposed in less than 80 hours • The monitoring was with Ms Project Server 2010. We used tracking of real work and Physical % Complete 40

Fortnightly meetings. With the three baselines CPI and SPI indicators were a range, not a single value • Monte Carlo analysis was performed monthly 41
