First the brand, then the technology.
The Sony Centers were a group of independent retailers that had nothing in common but their name. The Sony
Centers had no clear cut positioning. More and more, some of Sony Centers were positioning themselves on
price. A ﬁght they could not win, as huge price ﬁghters have entered the market. In order to position the Sony
Centers as a coherent group, we created corporate and instore guidelines and created, in collaboration with
HUB architects, a new retail-experience.
Pegase exists 15 years and needed to sharpen up its brand image as luxurious tour operator. We created an
elegant, modern classic and stylish new logo. And what used to be a typical brochure became an inspirational
book. People ﬂipping through the book start daydreaming immediately.
Yvan Lippens, owner and CEO, wanted to fundamentally reposition O’Cool from a horeca oriented discounter
in frozen food to a modern high end shop for home cooks. We deﬁned Coolcooking as the new philosophy and
created a fundamentally new visual identity.
