Evaluate their content, presentation, other features and effectiveness in achieving their desired objectives through their official Universal Resource Locater (URL) and web 2.0 Technology. (See Appendix 02)
Related Evaluation of Web 2.0 Tools (Wikipedia, Face book, U Tube, linked In, PiPl)
Rank them accordingly (See Appendix 03)

Identification of the target audience must be improved
specially candidates did not consider the convenience use of Language
The use of effective web-based Campaign awareness should be improved
URL must be designed to cope with existing Technology
(In Sri Lanka, We do not have high speed internet facility and Brand With is very low)
The importance of two way communication flow did not address by most of candidates and it should be improved E.g. In giving Instant feedback to the users
The mechanism of getting adequate funding has not been considerate to their demands, only very few did and it should be improved.
Browser Compatibleness of their URL has not been properly addressed E.g. Opera
Internet & web 2.0 technologies are powerful tools in presidential campaigning
