Are there any large enough trials planned for vit d supplementation acting as a dmt planned for people that already have MS to prove things conclusively? realise I am a bit too ignorant about things to be filling this in (patient not MS professional). As well as clinical trials I wish there was a way to influence service delivery which is so patchy and variable across the UK with no consistency about treatment & monitoring and very variable support given to patients.
