  • This is the new MZ demo as an overview to our range of services. We’ve place it here as it seems to fit with the flow. Obviously feel free to change the order to suit the particular presentation and audience. You need to create a hyperlink from this visual to the file which you should store on your PC hard drive. (Linking to the internet for connection to the VPN or YouTube, may not be possible and even if it is, buffering may occur over a wireless connection.) The demo is housed on the P drive labelled “Guide to MeetingZone’s Services” To do this, carry out the following: Save the Quicktime (.mov) file to the local Hard drive on your PC. The file is located on the P drive (“A Guide to MeetingZone’s Services”) Click on the visual in “Normal view” mode Click on “Insert” from the tabs at the top of the browser Click on the “Hyperlink” icon in the “Links” section This will generate a dialogue box. Select the file from location where you have placed the .mov file When you click on the visual in Slide Show mode, it will automatically link to this and play the demo.

  • Talk about our recommendation for using WebEx with IBM’s Presenter as an alternative should you feel Webex is inappropriate. Glance is entry level web conferencing product for customers who haven’t used web conferencing before – all audio accounts automatically are Glance enabled.
