    • To tell them about hotel industry.
    • 2. Also give them knowledge of alcoholic beverages which are used by a hotel.
    • 3. Types of alcoholic beverage.
    • 4. Wine industry in world and wine making process.
    • 5. Champagne making process and different between wine and champagne.
    • 6. How one can make beer and beers from different countries.
    • 7. CLASS RULES AND REGULATIONS:
    • 8. No students will be allowed in the class with out uniform.
    No student will be given attendance, once the roll call is over.
