Gautam Ghosh
Gautam has eight years of experience in HR and Learning & Development in the
IT and ITES sector with firms like Satyam, Hewlett-Packard, Dell and Deloitte &
Touche in India. His experience covers Knowledge Management, e-learning,
Organization Development, Management Consulting, Training Management,
Performance Management and Employee Relations. In consulting his focus is on
areas of Performance Management, Leadership Development, HR strategy and
Learning and Development strategy. Some of his clients are PepsiCo India,
Deloitte Consulting, Options Executive Search and ICICI Bank.
Gautam has an MBA in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and has two and half years
experience prior to that in hotel operations in ITC Hotels and pharmaceutical
sales with Eli Lilly. His basic graduation is in hotel management from the
Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration.
