Little Facts• We are 7 people right now. 3 PHP Developers, 1 Designer, 1 Data Entry Operator and 2 Founders• The existing employees have trusted us and they are here with us• We are working out of a flat to save money. Nobody stays in the flat. It is our office• Website is being changed. Yes, we exist physically• We will not move to a commercial area unless required. We dont want to spend money on rent of office and other things. We want to pay salaries on time• We complete 1 year on 23rd February

We are a start up (NEW COMPANY)• Incorporated on 23rd Feb. 2012 this year.• Founded by Gaurav & Anu Chandra• Working out of residential area for a start• Will move to commercial area/office space when there are more than 10 employees or we start earning profits• Better to pay the amount of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of salaries instead of rent for office in starting.• Current Strength of employees: 5 full time

Work we do• We create custom software for clients, no copy and paste  . Only hand written code / hand made design.• We create software for Web, Mobile & Desktop• We are in the process of creating a commercial solution for Jewelers

Our ideal employee• One who is ready to work in a start up• One who does not think that if we are working out of a flat we will not pay salary (hey, big companies who have flashy offices also fail to pay salaries many times), GOOGLE started of in a garage. At least we have a flat converted into office• One who is fresh with ideas• One who is ready to give feedback whenever needed• One who actively participates in formulating the strategy of the company• One who does not shy in telling that we are wrong

Saturday can be adjusted with any other day provided there is planning in advance.• Salary payout via bank transfer on 1st of every month.• Powerful Dell Desktop for the Designer & Laptops for programmers• Probation of 3 months. After that work from home option given for 2 days in a week.• Flexible leave policy. 12 CL, 7 days rejuvenation leave & 15 days berievement leave• Timing 10 to 7.• For women employees: if you stay back after 8pm, you will be reimbursed for the taxi or we will drop you home• And more.
