SOME THINGS AREN’T ‘NEAR’▶  NFC is great for vending, retail, transit and, within hospitality, at drive-‐thru and counter-‐service. ▶  Not well-‐suited for the 500,000 full-‐service restaurants, hotels, bars, and casinos. o  Consumers don’t like wai<ng closeout & prefer not to hand their phone to a stranger in order to pay o  Restaurants and bars don’t want to purchase or maintain new hardware ▶  Tabbedout’s decentralized ‘Far’ model is an essenCal compliment to NFC o  Requires no hardware – integrated with the industry’s top POS vendors (Micros, Aloha, etc.) o  Together it will provide consumers with a consistent mobile payment experience across market ver<cals Conﬁden<al & Proprietary ATX Innova<on, Inc.
