  • 22. ‫اذا ﺑﺪأت ﺗﺼﻠﻚ رﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﺮﻏﻮب ﻓﯿﮫﺎ ﻣﻦ اﺣﺪ أو ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﻤﺠﻤﻮﻋﺎت اﻟﺒﺮﻳﺪﻳﺔ أو اﻟﺰﻣﻼء‬ ‫¤‬ ‫ارﺳﻞ رﺳﺎﻟﺔ رﻗﯿﻘﺔ اﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺮﺳﻞ ﺗﻄﻠﺐ ﻓﯿﮫﺎ ﺣﺬﻓﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻮاﺿﯿﻊ اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ‬ ‫‪n‬‬ ‫اذا وﺟﺪت ﻧﻔﺴﻚ ﻓﻰ ال)‪ (CC‬ﻓﻰ ﻣﻨﺎﻗﺸﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﯿﻞ ﻻ ﺗﺮﻏﺐ ﻓﻰ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻛﺔ ﻓﯿﮫﺎ‬ ‫¤‬ ‫اطﻠﺐ ﺣﺬﻓﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺔ اﻟﻤﺮﺳﻞ اﻟﯿﮫﻢ‬ ‫‪n‬‬ ‫اذا رأﻳﺖ أﺣﺪھﻢ ﻳﺮﺗﻜﺐ ﺧﻄﺄ ﻣﺎ ﻓﻰ رﺳﺎﻟﺘﻪ ﺳﻮاء ﻓﻰ اﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮع أو ﻓﻰ اﻟﺸﻜﻞ‬ ‫¤‬ ‫ﻻ ﺗﺴﺎرع ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺼﺤﯿﺢ ﻋﻦ طﺮﻳﻖ )‪ (reply to all‬ﺑﻞ ارﺳﻞ ﻟﻪ ﻓﻘﻂ رﺳﺎﻟﺔ رﻗﯿﻘﺔ ﺗﻄﻠﺐ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﯿﮫﺎ ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺐ اﻟﺨﻄﺄ‬ ‫‪n‬‬ ‫أو اﺗﺼﻞ ﺑﻪ وﻧﺒﮫﻪ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺷﺨﺼﺮ ﻟﮫﺬا اﻟﺨﻄﺄ‬ ‫ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﻮظﺎﺋﻒ ﺗﺘﻄﻠﺐ أن ﻳﻜﻮن اﻟﺒﺮﻳﺪ ﻣﻔﺘﻮح طﻮال اﻟﻮﻗﺖ وﺧﺎﺻﺔ أوﻟﺌﻚ اﻟﻤﺘﻌﺎﻣﻠﯿﻦ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻌﻤﻼء أو‬ ‫¤‬ ‫اﻟﻤﻮردﻳﻦ أو ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺑﯿﺌﺔ ﻋﻤﻞ دﻳﻨﺎﻣﯿﻜﯿﺔ ﺗﺤﻮى اﻟﻜﺜﯿﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺤﺮاك‬ ‫اﻓﺘﺢ اﻟﺒﺮﻳﺪ طﻮال ﺗﻮاﺟﺪك واﺿﺒﻄﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻرﺳﺎل واﻻﺳﺘﻘﺒﺎل اوﺗﻮﻣﺎﺗﯿﻜﯿﺎً وﻓﻌﻞ اﻟـ )‪(desktop alert‬‬ ‫‪n‬‬ ‫44‬
