  11. 11. - Customize standard export file naming convention of survey name_data type: • • “Use date” as a prefix or suffix. • • Switch standard name to data type_survey name. Add a user-defined prefix and/or suffix. After export view detailed logs containing information about each SEG Y file created. © 2009 Seismic Micro-Technology, Incorporated SMT Proprietary and Confidential 11
  12. 12. Shift Child Volumes with Misties Shift child volumes (up and down Z axis) when misties are applied to the parent volume. Child volumes include 2d3dPAK slices, bricks, and Illuminator volumes. In the example below, a +0.5 sec adjustment is made to the Z position of the 3D Migration survey’s Amplitude data type through the mistie table. © 2009 Seismic Micro-Technology, Incorporated SMT Proprietary and Confidential 12
  13. 13. Original Amplitude data type before mistie. “Amplitude” data type after 500 msec mistie. Amplitude time slice at 1.224 sec before mistie was applied. © 2009 Seismic Micro-Technology, Incorporated SMT Proprietary and Confidential “Amplitude” time slice at 1.724 sec (after 500 msec mistie) 13
