  • Our mission statement is to Improve the Effectiveness of Sales and Customer Service, through Gamification <br /> <br /> We Put all of our efforts and attention to that segment alone. I believe it is a unique approach in the market
  • In many cases we would like to balance between few goals. In this case this is the dream team of a specific customer service agent, each one of his players, represents a specific goal. In order to be successful, the agent will need to optimize the performance of his players, so his team will be a good one. <br /> In this case, we can see that the customer satisfaction player is very good, while the others are at the beginning of the process. <br /> Let’s help our agent to improve
  • Now he will need only to improve his quality, to reach the next level
  • One of the wasted real-estates in call centers are the plasma screen, they always display boring stuff. <br /> We like to use it, and display the results of the Gamification process. <br /> I think that everybody likes to see their name and face, if it is higher ranks – then it will motivate them. And if in lower place, then it will encourage them to move up. <br /> You can see also the team competition – which focus on team spirit and group pressure to improve
